First Of Florence

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with nice amenities, including a pull-out couch and a comfortable double bed. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the included breakfast was delicious and filled me up for the day.

No significant negative aspects to mention, everything was satisfactory.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city. It was also close to the station, making it very convenient for travel. The rooms were well-equipped and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

There were some minor issues with the facilities, such as the old washer/dryer that caused trouble with laundry.

During our romantic escape, we loved the complimentary fruit basket and bottle of wine awaiting us in the room. The central location of the hotel was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all the attractions. the staff were excellent and fluent in English, making communication smooth.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all that this vibrant city has to offer. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher and oven/microwave oven. It was a real treat to be able to have our own breakfast in the room, with the hotel providing tea bags, Nespresso capsules, and a selection of snacks. The attention to detail was impressive, with a fruit basket waiting for us upon arrival. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

All in all, I couldn't fault this hotel in any way.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was so close to the main attractions in the city, making it very convenient for exploring. I could easily walk to the Duomo in just a few minutes. being close to the train station was a huge bonus for transportation purposes.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is situated in the historical center close to the Duomo. Guests can easily explore the city on foot and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located near a restaurant across the street, where guests can enjoy a full breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good air conditioners for a comfortable stay. the hotel provides daily maid service to ensure cleanliness.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel is quite poor, making it difficult to open attachments or view websites.

I had a fantastic stay at First of Florence! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the major attractions. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy bed. The AC was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend First of Florence for a great stay in the city!
